The service

Périnée Coach offers guided pelvic-floor contract-and-release sessions with French voice cues, a journal, weekly stats, reminders, progress cards and an optional AI coach. The current version needs no account and has no subscription.

Health: your responsibility and the limits

• The built-in programmes (“Débutant doux”, “Post-partum”, “Maintien”) are general examples, not medically personalised. Ask a professional before starting, especially after childbirth or pelvic surgery, during pregnancy or if you have pain.
• A programme built from a sheet photo is an automatic transcription: check every phase and duration against the original sheet and what your professional told you. If they differ, the sheet prevails.
• The AI coach can be wrong. It does not diagnose and does not replace a consultation. Never delay seeing someone because of an answer in the app.
• Stop exercising if you feel pain, faintness or notice bleeding.

The AI coach

The coach uses DeepSeek's model, only if you have allowed it (see the privacy policy). It may suggest a reminder or programme change; nothing is applied until you accept it. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. DeepSeek's service may be unavailable; sessions, the journal and reminders work without it.

What you agree not to do

• Decompile or modify the app, or extract keys, code or bundled content from it.
• Query the coach by automated or bulk means, or to produce unlawful content.
• Use the app in breach of the law or of third-party terms (Apple, DeepSeek).

Ownership

The app, its text, illustrations, sounds and built-in programmes belong to the publisher or its licensors. Your notes, photos and recordings remain yours.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the consequences of exercises unsuited to your situation, a wrong sheet transcription, an AI coach reply, or loss of data stored on the device. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, personal injury caused by our fault, or your consumer-law rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top then changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
