Common questions

How do I do a session?

On the Séance tab pick a programme and tap “Commencer la séance”. A French voice announces each phase: Contracter (contract), Relâcher (release), Repos (rest). At the end, rate how it felt from 1 to 5 and add a note if you like.

How do I turn my physio's sheet into a programme?

Use the sheet photo option (camera or photo library). The text is read on the iPhone, then sent to the coach to be split into phases, so AI sharing must be allowed. Frame the whole sheet in good light. Always check the result against the original sheet.

What is the voice debrief for?

After a session, say in a few sentences how it went. The coach reads the transcript and fills in your feeling score, a note and a short reply. If you mention pain, it will suggest talking to your physio or midwife.

The coach says it is unavailable or shows an error.

Check your connection and that AI sharing is on in Réglages (Settings). If DeepSeek is briefly unavailable, try again later; sessions and the journal still work.

I don't get reminders.

Turn them on in Réglages > Rappels and allow notifications for Périnée Coach in iOS Settings. A Focus mode may also hide them.

How do I stop sharing with the AI coach?

Réglages > Coach IA > Partage de données IA: switch it off. Nothing is sent after that.

How do I delete my data?

The app does not yet delete individual sessions. Deleting the app erases all data stored on the iPhone. Cards saved to Photos are deleted in Photos.

An exercise hurts.

Stop the session. Pain is not something to push through: talk to your doctor, physio or midwife.
